  • 1. Review the Discovery Order detailing Category Terms, Date Ranges, Custodians and Data Sources for search.

Our Technologies

Data Identification and Collection

On receipt of your discovery order or information request. Applying early data assessment techniques allows a team to scope the scale and impact of the request. In response a team can be deployed to the project and an estimated timeline agreed for completion with budgeting

Processing with deduplication

Processing rules are agreed and built into the template for Duplication and Near Duplication on all documents which are then labelled for filtering. In addition, email conversation strings or threads can be reconstructed in review to avoid duplication with reviewers as they navigate the review process

Run applicable AI modules

Identifying and applying the AI modules that best work for the project. A straight forward review would benefit from Predictive Coding AI, by learning from the reviewer and automatically presenting decision based documents. A complex investigation may benefit from Generative AI when the reviewer can ask investigative questions receive answers and a summary narrative with a list of referenced documents

Review Management

A review workflow method is agreed with the team and tags created to align with the process. Users are trained to the agreed process, batches are assigned to the user/s and the review process commences

Redaction & Scheduling

Documents identified for privilege are redacted either manually or automatically and exemption codes are listed. Documents for release are listed with descriptions, dates, authors/recipients, page and document numbering

Production and Release

Documents listed for release are produced native (original digital format) or Image (PDF/TIFF version of original) format for release along with a list or schedule which is exchanged electronically or physically (via printing)
